From operations to product
About us
Ondx did not start as software looking for a market. It started as a real-estate office that worked in Saudi Arabia for more than fifteen years, operated a portfolio of over 300 units, and wrote and followed more than 1,500 contracts. The platform was born at that desk: from a late installment, from an owner asking for a statement at month-end, from a maintenance request that could not wait on a scattered sheet.

We built the tool we needed first. Then we opened it to offices under the same pressure.

Origin
We were an office before we were a platform
For more than fifteen years we managed property — ours and others’: apartments, shops, and units that needed daily attention. The work was occupancy, renewal, collection, maintenance, and owner questions mid-month. That experience is not a slogan. It is the operating book we later wrote Ondx from.

Scale
When the portfolio outgrew the spreadsheet
Once the book passed three hundred units, and more than fifteen hundred contracts sat between leases, renewals, and amendments, a shared file was no longer enough. A late installment vanished in team chat. An owner report was assembled on the last night of the month. A maintenance request was forgotten unless someone pinned it to a wall. The problem was not effort. It was a tool that did not understand how a Saudi office actually runs.

Build
Designed at the operations table, not on a slide
We did not start with what global products sell. We asked where collection stalls, how an owner sees a portfolio without walking into the staff room, and how a tenant reaches an installment or a repair without mixing with another office. From those questions came the isolated office workspace, the portals, contracts and installments, the market, and the maintenance network.

Today
A platform for offices that live what we lived
Ondx is now a cloud service for real-estate offices in the Kingdom. The subscription belongs to the office. The currency is SAR. The interface is Arabic and English. Each office is isolated. Owners, tenants, buyers, and providers enter on their own paths — not one shared login. We learned that split the day permissions mixed in real operations, and it cost us time and trust.
What the office taught us
- Unit count matters more than properties on paper.
- An installment not generated from the contract is forgotten.
- An owner does not need staff permissions; they need a clear picture of what they own.
- Maintenance without an owner stays open.
- If a branch is not scoped, collection and reports mix.
What we put into Ondx
- Plans with clear unit, user, and branch capacity.
- Rental, sale, and investment contracts with installments and payments.
- Owner, tenant, and buyer portals after the office activates the party.
- A public marketplace for listings, and an internal follow-up pipeline.
- A maintenance network, plus occupancy, receivables, and collection reports.
How we work now
- Ondx is a technology provider. It is not a broker on its customers’ contracts, not a bank, and not a guarantor of collection.
- The relationship with owners and tenants stays between the office and its counterparties. The platform helps the office operate and keeps offices isolated.
- Public contact: contact@ondx.app. Subscribers open a ticket inside their office.
The figures above are from our years as an office: more than fifteen years, more than 300 units operated, more than 1,500 contracts. They are not an occupancy promise for your book, and not a guarantee of commercial results. They are why the product exists — not a substitute for your data and practice.
